Distribution

How would the parties want to distribute marital property during the marriage?*
In this section, you can indicate what percentages of the total value of all Martial Properties each party will get if the marriage is termianted. If you would prefer a different way of dividing the property, you may put in the blank provided. If it is too long or elaborate and you want to add an annex for the manner of distribution, choose the third option. Note, however, that the additional annex for the manner of distribution will be referred to in the contract as Schedule D and will need to be ready, completed and attached to the contract on the day it will be signed by the parties.
