All memberships require a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to
prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments.
Cancellations received within 7 business days of registering may be eligible to receive a
full or partial refund. After deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
- All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
- Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
- All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled including access to previously generated forms.
