All monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to
prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments.
Cancellations received within 7 business days of registering may be eligible to receive a
full or partial refund. After deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be cancelled including access to previously generated forms.
